| 摘 要： | 基层班组是铁路建设项目的基本组成单位,安全生产各项管理规定都需要通过基层班组具体实施。通过分析巴基斯坦拉合尔轨道交通橙线项目基层班组遵循的"3条主线、6个模块"的安全管理思路,实施"一体、两控、三化、四环节"的安全管理模式,总结归纳国际铁路工程项目基层班组安全管理的实践经验及做法,为国际铁路工程基层班组安全管理工作提出参考建议。
