潜艇应急救生通信现状及发展趋势

摘    要:潜艇在水下航行时,由于海底和潜艇自身错综复杂的情况,一旦遇到突发险情,往往遭到严重破坏,直接威胁艇上人员生命安全。为高效开展对潜应急救援,需要潜艇配备强有力的应急救生通信手段作为保障。首先分析现有潜艇应急救生通信手段和装备现状,目前潜艇主要依靠应急救生浮标实现对外遇险报警通信,依靠声力电话实现内部应急救生通信。然后通过分析现有手段的不足,结合潜艇遇险救生通信需求,提出潜艇应急救生通信设备未来发展趋势。

Current situation and development trend of emergency communication for rescuing submarine in danger
Abstract:As submarine usually navigates under water and there are complex situations under the sea and with the sub-marine itself, the submarine will be destroyed dramatically and the life of crew is threatened once it encounters danger. The powerful emergency communication is necessary to ensure the rescue of the submarine in danger being efficiently conducted. In this paper, the current emergency communication methods and equipments for rescuing submarine in danger are first ana-lyzed. It is found that emergency buoy is adopted primarily to alarm and communicate externally and sound powered tele-phone is the main internal emergency communication equipment. Then, through analyzing the shortages of the current meth-ods and the communication requirements of the submarine in danger, the future development trends of the submarine emer-gency communication are proposed.
