摘    要:水润滑形式的尾轴承广泛运用于舰船推进轴系,其摩擦、润滑与振动等特性对舰船声隐身性能有较大影响,国外海军强国对这一问题进行了系统深入的研究,研制了先进的水润滑尾轴承产品,很好地解决了舰船轴系的摩擦诱导振动噪声问题。本文综述国外舰船水润滑尾轴承发展历程与现状,对水润滑尾轴承发展过程中产生的关键性降噪技术进行系统分析,对国内舰船水润滑尾轴承的发展方向提出建议。

Analysis on key technologies of noise attenuation for naval ship water-lubricated stern bearings
Abstract:Water-lubricated stern bearings have been widely used in naval ship propulsion shafting. The friction, lubric-ation and vibration characteristics of water-lubricated stern bearings affected the acoustic stealth condition of naval ships which have been discussed systematically and completely by foreign naval powers. On the research, advanced water-lubric-ated bearings have been developed and proven to have eliminated the friction induced acoustic noise of propulsion shafting. The development history and current situation of foreign naval ship water-lubricated stern bearing have been reviewed;and a systematic analysis on the key technology of noise attenuation for water-lubricated stern bearing during the course of devel-opment have been made in this paper. Some suggestions for the development of naval ship water-lubricated stern bearing of domestic have been proposed.
