摘    要:青岛港董家口港区是青岛港集团按照第4代港口开发建设的新港区。矿石码头是世界上第一个水工结构、按靠泊40万t散货船设计与建设的码头。其设计理念超前,设备工艺先进,建成投产后,成为世界上最大的矿石码头之一。码头地处外海,波浪、水流条件复杂,工程量大,技术要求高,外海施工依托条件差,施工难度大。建港指挥部制定了一系列行之有效的管理措施,圆满完成了工程建设任务。介绍工程建设过程中的管理经验做法与新技术、新工艺的创新应用,以供建设外海大型开敞式码头参考。

Abstract:Dongjiakou Port District is a new one, which developed and constructed by Qingdao Port Group according to the standard of the 4th generation of port. The ore terminal is the first one that the hydraulic structure is designed and constructed according to the standard of berthing 400 000 t bulk cargo ship. With leading design concept and advanced technology and equipment, it is one of the biggest ore terminal in the world after it is put into operation. It is a hard nut to crack for its conditions such as location at offshore, changeful waves, unstable flows and large engineering quantity etc.. Qingdao Port Construction Command Post has building up a set of feasible and effective managing measures and fulfilled the task successfully. The managing experiences for engineering construction are introduced which could be referenced for constructing similar offshore large open terminal.
