摘    要:以客货混跑线路为背景,针对天窗模式的特点,从需求性、适应性、经济性、环境影响性、运作性5个要素层15个评价指标出发,建立模糊物元模型,并引入熵理论确定各指标的熵权。通过计算各模糊物元与标准模糊物元之间的欧式贴近度值,对各方案进行优劣排序,从而得到最优方案。该评价模型能有效避免评价标准不确定性、主观臆断性带来的影响,从评价结果看来,该评价方法具有科学性、合理性。

Abstract:Combined with passenger-goods mixed railway routine, a fuzzy matter-element model is estab- lished according to characteristics of skylight mode from five factors and fifteen evalution indexes, by introducing entropy theory to define the entropy proportion. With computation of Euclid approach degree between the standard fuzzy matter-element and other fuzzy matter-element, the best scheme is selected. This evaluation model can effectively avoid the influence from uncertainty and subjective judgment about which the evaluation theory proves to be scientific and rational.
