深水钻井船结构疲劳强度分析

摘    要:对深水钻井船进行研究,采用疲劳评估方法中的谱分析法对深水钻井船的结构疲劳强度进行评估计算分析。对全船进行有限元分析,得到应力响应传递函数,从而得到应力范围的短期和长期分布,通过选择适当的S—N曲线和Miner线性疲劳累积损伤原理,计算得到热点的疲劳累积损伤度,从而得到疲劳寿命。

Abstract:This paper did some research about deepwater drilling ship,using the spectral-based fatigue assessment method. According to extracts of the finite element analysis results,the transfer function of the stress response was gotten to obtain the short-term and long-term distribution for the stress range. By selecting the appropriate S-N curve and Miner linear cumulative fatigue damage theory,the cumulative fatigue damage degree was figured out,and then the fatigue life was acquired.
