| Abstract: | Combined with the construction of Shanghai Lingang New City Luchao Harbor Westside Tidal Bank Surrounding Phase II Project, the article introduces the dike subgrade treatment and body stage loading construction technology, construction gist and technical measures. The engineering practice proves that the plastic drainage plate has the good applicability in the similar projects. |
