摘    要:本文简述了电子行业用超细钯粉的制各方法.探讨了化学还原法制备超细钯粉过程中各因素,如还原剂、分散剂、反应温度等对钯粉性能的影响,不同还原剂、分散剂、反应温度制得的钯粉性能不同.分析了超细钯粉制各过程中,钯粉粒径过小时难过滤和产率低的问题.

Abstract:This paper describes the preparation of the ultra-fine palladium powder used in the electronic industry and discusses the impact of reducing agent,dispersing agent,reduction temperature and so on.The palladium powder produced by different reducing agent,dispersing agent,reduction temperature expresses different properties.The problem in the process of preparation is also pointed out in this paper.When the particle is too small,it is hard to separate and the yield is low.
