摘    要:针对传统台架试验法标定初始喷油脉谱缺乏严格的科学性、效率较低的缺点,提出了基于汽油机模型仿真标定初始喷油脉谱的控制策略。以Matlab/Simulink为平台,构建由汽油机模型和比例积分控制器组成的初始喷油脉谱标定用模型,并验证其有效性。在此基础上,通过调整比例积分控制器的相关参数控制外部负荷以稳定汽油机转速,进而获取相应工况下的喷油脉谱数据。为简化标定过程,设计相应程序自动调用标定模型进行动态仿真。结果表明,该策略明显缩短了开发周期,降低了费用,从而提高了标定效率,为汽油机的标定优化提供了可能性。

Abstract:For the disadvantage of lacking rigorous scientificity and low efficiency for calibrating the initial injection MAP with the traditional bench test method,the control strategy of calibrating the initial injection MAP with the simulation was proposed.With the platform of Matlab/Simulink,the calibration model composed of gasoline engine model and PI controller was built and verified.The relative parameters of PI controller were adjusted to control the external load and stabilize the gasoline engine speed,and then the injection MAP data of corresponding conditions were acquired.To simplify the calibration process,corresponding procedure was designed to transfer the calibration model automatically and perform simulation.The results showed that the strategy can shorten the development cycle,reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of calibration,which provided the possibility of calibration and optimization for gasoline engine.
