省域公路网调度系统的出行者信息发布方法研究

信息发布是路网调度系统的重要组成部分。发布准确、实时、可靠的信息并以此来引导出行者的出行行为，这对动态优化区域路网的交通流运行状态和提高路网的服务水平具有重要的意义。本文首先提出了省域公路网调度系统出行者信息发布设计方法，从信息需求分析、信息采集、信息传输、信息处理、信息发布和效果评估六个方面对发布设计方法和设计流程进行了研究，然后，在此基础上以短信发布为例重点分析了信息发布方案设计。

Design of Traveler Information Dissemination System for Provincial Highway Network Dispatching System

Traffic information dissemination is an indispensable part of highway dispatching system. The effective dissemination of traveler information assists travelers in selecting their modes of travel, routes, and departure times, which is significant for the improvement of highway performance and capacity. First, a recommended design dissemination framework of highway dispatching system was established including information demand analysis, collection communication, transaction, dissemination and estimation： Then, based on the analysis of the framework, a design example of information dissemination plan was presented in detail in this paper.
