隧道速度控制方法应用

随着我国公路交通运输的快速发展,车辆超速已成为公路管理的突出问题,限制车速显然是交通安全管理运营的有效手段。作为公路的特殊路段,隧道内特殊的通行环境致使隧道发生交通事故后逃生和救援较为困难,因而应采取限速所示尽量减少隧道内事故发生概率。目前我国公路隧道限速管理中还没有一套全面、详实、有针对性的合理限速及设置限速标志的方法、指南或规范。本文提出了基于道路线形限速和基于运行速度限速的方法,并进行了实例验证说明了方法的可行性,有利于提高隧道运营的安全性。

Application of Tunnel Speed Control Method

Along with the rapid development of transportation in our country,speeding drive has become a prominent issue.Speed limit is clearly an effective means for traffic safety operations.As the special section in road,there are more difficulty in escape and rescue after traffic accident in tunnel.Therefore speed limit should be taken to minimize the accident probability and the consequences of the accident inside the tunnel.However there is not a set of comprehensive,detailed,targeted method and guidelines about reasonable speed limit.The paper put forwards the speed limit method based on road alignment and operating speed.In the paper,the method is applied in an example illustrating the feasibility of method.The method is helpful for improving the safety of tunnel operation.
