摘    要:为解决船舶轴功率测量中非接触供电、高精度扭矩采集和无线数据传输的实时性、可靠性问题,设计一套测量系统。该系统为实现非接触供电设计了一套无线感应供电装置,为实现高精度扭矩测量采用了24位高精度和低噪声AD转换芯片CS5532,为保证数据传输的实时性和可靠性采用了2.4 GHz无线数据传输技术。此外,通过扭矩校准试验来验证该系统的测量精度,试验表明该系统达到设计要求,满足船舶轴功率测量需求。
