船舶中间产品标识定位系统设计与实现

摘    要:利用二维码实现中间产品信息的索引,采用交互式多模型(Interacting Multiple Model, IMM)卡尔曼滤波法优化的飞行时间(Time of Flight, TOF)定位算法,实现中间产品的位置跟踪。根据船舶车间的标识定位需求,研发船舶中间产品标识定位系统,对船舶中间产品的加工工序、基本信息、位置信息等进行跟踪,为船厂备料套料、物流运输、加工监控等提供有力的数据支撑。

Abstract:The intermediate product information index is realized with the two-dimensional code, and the position tracking of intermediate product is realized with the Time of Flight (TOF) positioning algorithm optimized by Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) Kalman Filter. According to the identification positioning requirements of ship workshop, the ship intermediate product identification positioning system is developed to track the processing procedure, basic information, and position information of ship intermediate product, so as to provide strong data support for material preparation and material trepanning, logistics transportation, processing monitoring, etc., of the shipyard.
