离子注入钨的镀锌钢板点焊电极寿命试验研究

摘    要:通过分析镀锌钢板点焊电极寿命降低的原因,提出了提高镀锌钢板点焊电极寿命的离子注入钨的方法。采用离子注入钨方法在点焊电极工作端面注入钨以改善电极性能。进行了离子注入钨前、后的点焊电极寿命试验研究,测试了离子注入钨前、后的点焊电极显微硬盘。试验结果表明,离子注入钨的电极寿命由原来的600点左右提高到800点左右,点焊飞溅现象减少,改善了焊点表面质量。

Abstract:By analyzing reasons for reduction of l if etime of the electrode of galvanized sheet steel spot welding,the ion injectio n tungsten method is presented to improve the lifetime of the electrode of galv anized sheet steel spot welding.The method is to inject tungsten into the work end face of the spot welding electrode to improve the performance of the electro de.Experimental study on the electrode lifetime before and after tungsten inje cted are carried out,and the micro hardness of the spot welding before and afte r tungsten injected are measured.It is shown by test results that lifetime of the ion injection tungsten electrode is improved from600points to800points ,and spot welding splashing is reduced and sur-face quality spot welded is im proved.
