| 摘 要： | 文中分析和辨识南环段高压线路下施工作业过程中的主要风险、有害因素。参照国家相关标准,提出提高本项目本质安全程度的安全控制措施,指导施工单位对危险源进行监控和事故预防,为决策者建立系统安全的最优方案提供依据。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and identificates the important risk and adverse factor of the constructs in high-tension line of the South Surrounds.Referencing country related standard,the paper proposes that enhances the safety control measure in this project essence safety rate,and instructs the construction carries on the monitoring and the accident prevention to the dangerous source.It establishes the system safety for the policy-maker the synergy to provide the basis. |
