JB-2立轴悬臂立体搅拌机的研制

解决泥水盾构机地面调浆系统中特大泥浆池泥浆的搅拌问题，在了解盾构泥浆使用工况和分析市场上现有同类装备的优缺点后，通过构件受力分析和参数计算，采用立轴悬臂长轴结构，利用行车的水平移动加搅拌器的上下对流搅拌作用合成对泥浆的立体搅拌效果，开发出了JB-2系列立轴悬臂立体搅拌机。该立体搅拌机自2006年在泥水盾构调浆系统应用以来，搅拌效果明显，能对宽12m、深5m、长50m的特大泥浆池泥浆进行防沉、搅拌调匀，能昼夜连续自动运行，无需专人看护，安全运行9000h以上不需换件，而且能耗和制作成本低。该机型的研制成功为长悬臂旋转轴类机械设计提供了有力的例证。

Development of JB-2 Tridimensional Slurry Mixing Machine with Vertical Shaft and Cantilever

JB-2 series slurry mixing machine with vertical shaft and cantilever is developed in order to solve the problem of the mixing of extra-large slurry tanks in tunneling by slurry shield machine.The machine has been applied in the tunneling of slurry shield machines since 2006 and satisfactory effects have been achieved.The advantages of the mixing machine include high efficiency,low energy consumption and low cost.The successful development can provide guidance for the design of machines with long cantilever and rotating shaft.
