热气机柔性动力学特性仿真及振动分析

摘    要:采用虚拟样机技术对复杂机械的前期研究和分析已成为现实。本文利用Pro/E软件建立热气机概念机的虚拟样机模型。在动力学仿真软件中进行柔性体处理,对模型施加相应的气缸压力,通过仿真分析得到热气机主轴两端的轴承载荷等动力学参数,讨论了曲轴结构参数改变对其动力学性能的影响。在此基础上求解热气机典型位置的频率响应曲线,证明了将虚拟样机技术应用于概念机型的设计是可行的。

Abstract:Nowadays,it is realistic to apply the technology of virtual prototype to the research of complex ma- chines.By using the software Pro/E,the virtual prototype of a conceptive Stirling engine is established.Then the key parts defined as the rigid body previously are changed into the flexible bodies in the dynamics simulation. With exerting a certain force on the model,the kinetic data such as the load of the bearing are obtained.The dy- namical behaviors of the engine are investigated with the modification of the crankshaft structure.The frequency response of the representative places are derived and discussed.It is proved feasible to apply the virtual prototype technology to the development of the new machine.
