低地板电动大客车车身结构有限元分析

摘    要:以纯电动大客车车身为例,建立了车身骨架的有限元模型。为了准确模拟该模型的边界条件,增加了空气弹簧悬架的简化模型。通过有限元分析,发现车身结构中存在一些不合理的地方。在满足强度、刚度要求的前提下,对车身结构作了一定的改进。

Abstract:Taking a battery-bus as an example,the analysis model of the bus body was set up. In order to simulate the exact boundary condition, the simple model of air spring suspension was set up. After the finite element analysis, some were found unreasonable in the structure of the bus body. Finally,measures were taken to improve on the structure of the body.
