| 摘 要： | 高职学院辅导员是学生思想政治工作的组织者和指导者,其工作绩效将直接关系到学院学生管理工作的成败.本文通过对高职学院辅导员现状及其存在弊端的分析,提出了高职学院辅导员职业化的构想,并对高职学院辅导员职业化标准的确立提出了建议.
