摘    要:与定期维修策略不同,在视情维修策略下安排船舶部件的维修活动,能够提高船舶部件运行可靠性,降低维修成本。而掌握船舶部件的性能退化规律,是对船舶进行视情维修决策优化的前提。针对上述问题,文章建立了基于维纳过程的船舶部件性能退化模型,以此为基础,研究了船舶部件的视情维修策略,建立了视情维修决策优化模型,并通过实例,对视情维修决策优化模型的有效性进行了验证。

Abstract:Different from the regular maintenance strategy,arranging the maintenance activities of ship parts under the condition maintenance strategy can improve the reliability of ship parts and reduce the maintenance cost.It is the premise to optimize the decision of ship maintenance according to the situation to master the performance degradation law of ship components.In view of the above problems,the performance degradation model of ship components based on Wiener process is established.Based on this,the visual maintenance strategy of ship components is studied,and the decision optimization model of visual maintenance is established.The effectiveness of the visual maintenance decision optimization model is verified.
