| Abstract: | Detaining a ship is one of most efficient means, by which PSCO hits seaborne sub-standard ship. The paperintroduces a status of an appeal detained ship, analyses focuses and regulations on the disputed appeal, summarizes corresponding experiences and lessons and takes measures and countermeasures via this case. |
