适时信息对农村客运营运的影响分析

受客运路线上旅行时间波动,以及旅客上、下车时间波动的影响,农村客运班车到达客运班线中途停靠点时间也是随机的,农村客运班线运行状态适时信息手机(或电话)查询系统能有效减少这种随机性对班线营运带来的损失。通过定义乘客的主动候车时间概念,定量化地分析了农村客运班车缩短或延长乘客主动候车时间所带来的营运损失,从而定量化分析了农村客运班线运行状态适时信息手机(或电话)查询系统对提高农村旅客候车质量、增加农村客运运营收入程度。研究发现农村客运班车缩短主动候车时间带来营运损失小于延长主动候车时间带来的营运损失。

Analyze effect of in-time running information on rural bus operation

Due to stochastic of road travel time and waiting time on bus stop,arrival time of rural bus at bus stop is also an stochastic events,in-time running information of bus system can cut down running loss of rural bus effectively caused by stochastic arrival time of rural bus at bus stop.In the paper,a new conception,active waiting time,is proposed.Based on the conception,the running loss of shorten or extended active waiting time of passengers at rural bus stop are calculated quantitatively,the value of the running loss can be use to evaluate the effect of in-time running information on rural bus operation.It is found that the running loss of shorten active waiting time of passengers at rural bus stop is less than that caused by extended active waiting time.
