沥青混合料生产配合比的确定

在沥青混合料目标配合比给定之后，针对间歇式热拌沥青混合料生产设备的工作特点，在振动筛倾斜角和振动筛振动频率等已知条件下，根据现有矿料初次筛分，再经过热料仓取料二次筛分、矿粉含量优化等过程后，准确确定生产配合比。通过进行此配比的沥青混合料的抽提和马歇尔试验，表明各项指标达到设计要求，从根本上保证了沥青混合料的质量及路用性能。
