基于平均低潮位推算理论最低潮面的简便方法

海洋工程的设计及施工过程中,理论最低潮面的确定是一个难题。基于理论最低潮面与平均低潮位的对应关系,综合调和分析及统计分析,以及《海道测量规范》中提出的方法,对我国东部沿海地区理论最低潮面与年平均低潮位及月平均低潮位进行相关分析。结果表明,研究区域理论最低潮面与不同时段内平均低潮位具有较高的相关性。但是受制于气压、气温以及风暴过程等因素影响,各时段内理论最低潮面与平均低潮位的相关性不尽相同。针对此关系,利用如东、老虎滩2个验潮站的资料进行验证,验证表明,文章提出的平均低潮位与理论最低潮面的关系应用到实际中是可行的,并且简单方便。

A simple and convenient method for calculation of the lowest normal low water based on mean low water level

The determination of the lowest normal low water is difficult during design and construction of ocean engineering.Based on the corresponding relation between lowest normal low water and mean low water level,using the harmonic analysis,statistical analysis and the proposed method in the Specifications for Hydrographic Survey,correlations between lowest normal low water and annual mean low water level or monthly mean low water level were analyzed in eastern coastal China.The results show that lowest normal low water is highly correlated with annual or monthly mean low water level.But influenced by factors such as air pressure,temperature and storms,correlations between lowest normal low water and mean low water level are different.Finally,feasibility and rationality of the method are proved by the calculation examples at Rudong and Laohutan,and this method is simple and convenient.
