板桩码头施工中拉杆初始张拉力的控制

摘    要:在大批拉杆施工前,通过对现场少量拉杆拉力、扳手扭矩的试验检测,建立拉杆拉力、扳手扭矩之间的相关关系。拉杆拉力、扳手扭矩的试验检测结果表明,在测力扳手施加到325 N.m的力矩时,拉杆拉力已超过50 kN的设计要求。考虑到拉杆在旋紧螺母后存在缓冲效应等导致拉杆张力损失的一些不利因素,建议拉杆张拉施工时,测力扳手施加力矩控制在350 N.m左右。

Abstract:Based on the tension and torque wrench test of pull rod, correlations between tension and torque before large quantities of pull rod construction are established. Test results show: when the moment is 325 N'm, the tension of pull rod exceeds the design requirement of 50 kN. Because of the buffering effect, the tension of screw would be lost after tightening. Considering this disadvantage factor, the torque inflicted by the wrench is suggested to be around 350 N'm when the screw is tensioned.
