白术挥发油治疗癌性恶病质的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究白术挥发油治疗癌性恶病质的效果并探讨其可能机制。方法通过C57BL6小鼠接种Lewis(小鼠肺腺癌)建立癌性恶病质动物模型。实验动物分5组:模型对照组、正常对照组、白术水煎剂组(DA)、白术挥发油组(VOA)、康莱特组(KLT)。观察癌性恶病质鼠治疗后的生理状况(体重、摄食量等)并采用RIA检测血清TNF-α及IL-6水平。结果①各治疗组小鼠生理状况明显改善、摄食量增加,体重增加仅见于KLT组,但均未恢复到正常水平。②VOA组与DA组小鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均较模型组明显降低,VOA优于DA组。KLT虽然能使TNF-α水平降低,但却明显提高了IL-6水平。结论白术挥发油具有明显的抗癌性恶病质的作用,其机制可能与其能抑制肿瘤生长、调节血清细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6的异常升高有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of volatile oil from atractylodes macrocephala (VOA) in treating cancer cachexia (CC). Methods The animal cancer cachexia model was established by inoculating mice C57BL6 with tumor Lewis (lung adenocarcinoma). The model mice were divided into five groups: the VOA group, the decoction of atractylodes macrocephala (DA) group, the Kanglaite injection (KLT) group, the random mice model group and the normal mice model group. Observations were made on the improvement of physiological conditions (body weight and food intake) of the cachectic mice after treatment. RIA was used to detect the serum level of TNF-α and IL-6. Results Although the physiological conditions (body weight and food intake) in therapy groups improved at a faster rate than those of the model mice, they did not return to their normal level. ② The serum level of TNF-α and IL-6 in VOA and DA groups declined at a faster rate than that in the model mice. VOA had a greater effect than DA. Although KLT lowered the concentration of TNF-α, it increased the concentration of IL-6. Conclusion VOA has a significant counteractive effect on cancer cachexia. The possible mechanism may be that it can inhibit the tumor growth and can decrease the serum concentration of TNF-α and IL-6.
