摘    要:超大型无动力船舶的拖航是一项高难度的航海作业,尤其是在航道狭窄和弯头众多的黄浦江水域。船舶操纵人员首先必须根据黄浦江水域的水文气象条件、通航环境等对拖航进行可行性论证,确定拖带方案,选择合适的拖轮和相关的实际操作人员,在最佳的时机实施拖航作业。通过举例说明黄浦江拖航的复杂性,总结了拖航的经验,提出了超大型无动力船舶在狭水道及弯道拖航操纵作业的技术要领和相关的注意事项。

Abstract:Towing dead ultra large LNG ship is a difficult navigation operation,especially in the narrow and cranky Huang-Pu River.Ship maneuvering officers must be engaged in feasibility assessment,based on the hydrometeorology and navigable conditions of Huang-pu River,making towing scheme,selecting suitable tug boats and operating persons as well as optimum moment to implement the towing operation.The difficulty of towing in Huang-Pu River is illustrated,some key points and precautions for towing dead ultra large LNG ship in narrow and cranky channel are elaborated.
