| 摘 要： | 通过对VTS和船舶安装使用AIS情况的调查,分析了AIS对于船舶避碰和海上交通安全的重要作用。随着AIS的广泛应用,必将对VTS工作产生很大的促进作用,使VTS系统更加充分地实现其功能,为船舶航行安全提供更加全面可靠的服务。但是,目前AIS的安装使用情况不尽如人意,使它发挥作用的范围和可靠性都存在不少局限性。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation of VTS and shipping installation of AIS,analize the important role of AIS to vessel collision avoidance and maritime safety.AIS widly used,it will have a great role in promoting VTS.VTS system functions will be more fully realized and provide a more comprehensive and reliable navigation safety.However,the current situation is not ideal with AIS installation and usage,which lead to the limitation of the scope and reliability. |
