| 摘 要： | 应用抗降钙素抗体及ＡＢＣ免疫酶技术，对５０例（其中儿童３３例，成人１７例）尸体解剖甲状腺标本（非内分泌及甲状腺疾病）研究发现：Ｃ细胞主要集中在甲状腺两侧叶的深部，降钙素免疫反应阳性细胞呈多角形或类圆形，胞浆较丰富，阳性反应产物弥漫分布在胞浆中，阳性细胞位于滤泡细胞间或滤泡旁；或散在分布，或小灶状聚集，或成串排列。儿童甲状腺Ｃ细胞含量较成人为高，尤以婴儿为著，随着年龄增长，甲状腺Ｃ细胞含量呈逐渐减少趋势。

| Abstract: | children and 17 adults specimens of thyroid glands from autopsy cases without endocrine and thyroid diseases were analyzed by means of ABC immunoperoxidase technique using antibody to calcitonin. We observed that calcitonin positive cells which are concentrated in the central axis of the lateral lobes and are distributed individually in parafollicular and intrafollicular locations were large and polygonal with round nuclei and abundant cyto plasm.They appeared as individual,isolated cells and also were found in clusters.c-cells content in children thyroid,especially in infants thyroid, was much higher than that in adults thyroid.The data showed that the number of C cells was decreased with age increasing. |
