低速碰撞过程中前保结构的改进设计研究

摘    要:为降低保险费用,要求车辆的主要结构在低速碰撞过程中不会产生永久性破坏。因此,文章基于RCAR试验标准,建立了某车型的低速正面碰撞有限元模型,并通过与试验结果的比较证实模型的有效性。在此模型的基础上,针对该车型在低速碰撞过程中出现的问题,对其前保险杠的吸能盒进行了改进设计,通过系统试验与整车试验,验证了设计结构的有效性,为相关设计提供重要的指导意义。
