| 摘 要： | 介绍了售后配件BOM与工程BOM和制造BOM的关系,并针对配件BOM的需求特点阐述了配件管理的基本要点:零件的层级结构关系、车辆的配置特征与配件使用表示法、零件的替代链等,以及售后运作过程中如何从整车物料特征快速准确获得正确配件的离线和在线解析方法。

| Abstract: | The relationship of engineering BOM,manufacturing BOM and service BOM is discussed.And the major elements of efficient service BOM managing are introduced: part hierarchy,part option code and vehicle configuration,and part exchangeability as well.Two proposals of sorting out a proper service part based upon vehicle code and part usage are showed. |
