高速机车轴盘制动装置温度场分析

摘    要:通过计算接触面热阻、间隙导热系数和表面换热系数,在ANSYS里建立三维模型,比较真实地模拟了机车轴盘制动装置制动过程的热量传递.分析了其温度场和热应力分布,并讨论了相关参数对盘毂与外空心轴过盈面温度和温度梯度的影响,结果表明:紧急制动时,制动盘最高温度在制动53 s时刻,而最大热应力出现在17 s时刻,最大热应力值为432 MPa,小于制动盘许用应力;可以采取增大制动盘和盘毂间隙来增大热阻,减小温度梯度对过盈配合的影响.

Abstract:Through the calculation of the contact thermal resistance, coefficient of heat conductivity in gap and surface heat exchange, the braking process and heat transmission are simulated for the locomotive axle disc brake equipment, with a 3D model built in ANSYS. The temperature field and heat stress distribution is analyzed and then elaborated is the influence of relative parameters on the interference surface temperature of the hub and external guill and on the temperature gradient. The results show that during the emergency braking, the highest temperature of the braking disc is reached at 53s after braking, while the highest heat stress, 432MPa, is reached at 17s, which is smaller than the allowable stress. The gap between the braking disc and hub could be increased to raise the heat resistance, so as to reduce the influence of temperature gradient on the interference fit.
