应急预案信息化方法研究

本文从分析各类应急预案结构入手,提出统一的各类应急预案数字化转换方法,解决了不同类型应急预案统一生成数字化应急预案的技术难题。依据设计的标准输入界面,实现应急预案同时生成文本及数字化预案,不仅简化了应急预案生成的过程,而且确保了结构化文本预案与数字化预案核心内容上的一致性。最后,利用工作流实现预案从生成、审批、发布、实施到终止整个生命周期的管理方法,确保预案的所有环节都在系统中有效管理。

Study on informatization method of emergency plan

Based on the analysis of various types of emergency plan, the unified digital conversion method for all kinds of emergency plan was presented, and the digital emergency plan generation problem of different types of plans was solved. The emergency plan could be import in one trial to generate text and digital plan at the same time by using the standard input interface. Not only was the generation process simplified but also the consistency of core structured text plan and digital one was guaranteed. Finally, the emergency plan management of whole life cycle including its generation, approval, release, implementation and termination was implemented by means of work-flow, to ensure that the emergency plan could be managed effectively in all aspects.
