| Abstract: | In this paper, according to the characteristic of emergency communication in the case of emergency for the domestic Urban Transit, it was proposed a set of emergency communication means which was integrated with voice telephone, fax, e-mail, SMS and so on, implemented the publishing for the Urban Transit emergency incident timely, rapidly, accurately, and efficiently. |
