| 摘 要： | 对企业运营进行科学管理的一种思想是对企业运营情况进行实时仿真,模拟企业可能发生的不利情况并采取相应措施进行调整.运用该思想,基于道路运输企业运营的特点,研究设计道路运输企业运营管理仿真系统,可仿真企业决策后的运营状况,据此为决策者提供决策辅助,以达到减少企业经营损失、降低企业经营风险的目标.

| Abstract: | An idea for scientific enterprise management is to real-timely simulate their operation conditions, and simulate adverse situations that may occur and take appropriate measures to adjust. Based on the operating characteristics of road transportation enterprise, the simulation system for the operation and management of road transportation enterprise is introduced and studied, simulates their post-decision operation condition, and provides the policy-makers decision aids, so that they can achieve the goal of reducing their operation losses and risk. |
