| 摘 要： | 外高桥新市镇是上海市浦东新区规划建设的四个新市镇巾一个特色非常显著的新市镇，其总体定位是现代化新型港城风貌。该文介绍了在其核心区市政道路与景观规划设计的总体方案，阐述了其以交通为前提、景观并重的设计思瓤提出了“绿色交通、双尺度空间”的新理念，并介绍了相关工程的实践情况。

| Abstract: | Xinshi Town of Waigaoqiao is the most distinctive one of four new towns planned and constructed in Pudong New Area of Shanghai.Its overall position is to build a modernized new port city.The article introduces the overall scheme of the municipal roads and the landscape planning design of its core area,sets forth the design idea of the traffic priority and the importance of the landscape,puts forward the new idea of Green Traffic,Double Scale Space,and introduces the practices of the relevant projects. |
