摘    要:以驾驶员出行过程中停车诱导效率最优化为目标,提出了一种停车不对等信息预调度模型。分析了停车调度研究的适用条件,以车辆到达停车场行程时间最小为目标函数,综合考虑交通流量、停车信息显示间隔、停车场选择概率、停车场饱和度等影响因素的量化方法,提出停车场不对等信息显示状态的阈值规定和自由组合寻优表达方法,并进行相应的计算方法研究;最后通过实例对比分析了同信息显示法和不对等信息显示法的停车诱导效果。计算结果表明:自由组合寻优法可减少约28%的驾驶员车辆停放行程时间。

Abstract:By considering that parking guidance information can optimize drivers' travel course,authors mainly researched parking pre-dispatch methods with non-opposite information appearance.Object function was set up to minimize parking user's whole trip time.Traffic flow,parking information appearance interval,parking plot selection probability and parking plot saturation were regarded as parking impedance factors.Drivers' parking choice behavior was confirmed with logit model.After restriction conditions had been confirmed,two types of methods including prescribed threshold and optimization with freedom combination were researched.Direct iterative arithmetic was applied for the former and some algorithms like conjugated and genetic algorithm were designed for the latter.Finally,authors gave an example to contrast results.Pre-dispatch model with non-opposite information appearance was found to be advantageous over traditional method.Effect of optimization measure with freedom combination is the best among them,and can save about twenty-eight percent of drivers' trip time.
