摘    要:综合介绍了近几年来大功率直喷式柴油机技术发展现状 ,研究了这些新技术对缸内紊流的作用与影响 ,并根据缸内紊流的产生及其特性指出 ,大功率直喷式柴油机应以高压喷射为主 ,利用适当的缸内紊流运动并结合合理的燃烧室结构是获得优越性能的关键。

Abstract:Controlling air turbulence in cylinder is in favor of improving the economy and emission character of heavy duty DI diesel engine.Last years, the technologies of heavy duty DI diesel engine have been developed at very fast speed. The authors tracked and surveyed these technologies and investigated into the effects of the new technologies on air turbulence in cylinder. In terms of the formation and identity of air turbulence in cylinder, the authors point out that it is a key give priority to high pressure injection, proper air turbulence movement in cylinder and proper combustion chamber structure,for heavy duty DI diesel engine to obtain and advanced performance.
