| 摘 要： | 通过对上海市杨浦区典型路段机动车污染物排放量的测试试验，并对在用机动车的排放水平诸多实际影响因素的分析，以路段上机动车不同类型为研究对象，结合实际试验数据，计算出机动车不同类型的排放因子，揭示实际路网机动车污染物排放与机动车不同类型的对应关系，建立机动车污染排放的数学模型，在有效控制机动车污染物排放量的基础上进行交通规划。 |
