| Abstract: | The rusion or IL-2 to anti-id mAb MK2-23 which bears the internal image or human highmolecular weight melanoma-associated antigen (HMW-MAA) was used to immunize a group ofBALB/c mice. The results demonstrate that the rusion protein is capable or eliciting significant levelsof specific Abs against HMW-MAA without use of carrier proteins or adjuvants. The rusion proteinwith or without conjugating to KLR appear to be uniqu, in its ability to induce high titers of anti-anti-idAbs, whereas the mAb MK2-23 in combination with IL-2 did not. We conclude that anti-idMK2-23-IL-2 fusion protein is a potential immunogeu eliciting significant anti-tumor immunity. |
