摘    要:由滚动轴承故障形式可知,振动是反映滚动轴承故障的最常见特征之一,它能够反映滚动轴承运行状态的信息。因此,在工程实际中倒频谱分析法、特征参数分析法和包络法是滚动轴承故障振动诊断的主要方法,对上述3类振动诊断方法及特点进行分析。

Abstract:According to fault types of rolling bearing,one of the most common characteristics reflecting its fault is vibration,which can reflect the running state information of rolling bearing.For this,we mainly used three methods for rolling bearing's fault vibration diagnosis in engineering practice.They are cepstrum analysis,characteristic parameters analysis,and envelope method.This paper studied three kinds of vibration diagnosis and their features.
