关于构建长江海事信息资源集成系统的思考

近年来，长江海事局信息化建设快速发展，各类现代监管及办公信息系统相继投入使用，一方面极大地提高了管理效能，方便了管理相对人，另一方面由于缺乏系统数据标准体系，造成了部分信息无法共享，形成一些信息孤岛，降低了信息系统辅助管理决策的水平。文中针对长江海事信息系统现状，对构建信息资源集成系统的原则及思路进行了探讨。

In recent years, with the rapid development of Chang Jiang MSA＇s informationization, a variety of modern control and office information systems have been put in use one after another, which, on one hand greatly raised the efficiency of the management and facilitated the relative persons under control, but on the other hand, due to lack of the standard system for data processing,affected the information sharing and causing isolation of information. If not improved, it may reduce the effectiveness of information-aided decision-making process. This article, based on the present status of the ChangJiang Maritime Information System, probes the feasibility of establishing an information resources integrative system to improve the situation.
