| 摘 要： | 通过在三维建模软件Pro/E中建立某3000型沥青拌和站袋式除尘器的实体模型,利用数据交换导入流体力学仿真软件Fluent中,运用有限元理论对带式除尘器内部流场进行了数值模拟,对其中的速度场分布、压力场分布以及迹线图分布进行了分析,可为提高袋式除尘器效率、延长布袋使用寿命提供参考.

| Abstract: | The entity model of bag filter of a certain 3000-type asphalt mixing plant was built with Pro/E, and was imported into Fluent by using data swap. The numerical simulation of fluid flow inside the bag filter was conducted by applying finite element theory; the distributions of speed, pressure and track were analyzed, which provides reference for improvement of efficiency and service life of bag filter. |
