微机控制直通电空制动系统可靠性模型初探

摘    要:运用系统可靠性理论的基本原理,使用可靠性框图法对国内自行研制开发的微机控制直通电空制动系统建立了可靠性模型。对微机控制直通电空制动系统的气路部分和电路部分分别给出了其任务可靠性框图,并运用可靠性理论推导出其任务可靠度计算公式。在此基础上,初步分析了提高微机控制直通电空制动系统可靠性的途径,并提出了对复杂系统进行可靠性分析的方法。

Abstract:With the fundamental principles of reliability theory of the system, the reliability frame drawing method is used to set up the reliability model of the micro-computer controlled straight electro-pneumatic braking system developed domestically. The task reliability frame drawings are given respectively to the air circuit part and electrical circuit part of micro-computer controlled straight electro-pneumatic braking system, and the reliability theory is used to derive the task reliability calculation formula. On this basis, the ways to improve the reliability of micro-computer controlled straight electro-pneumatic braking system are analyzed initially, and the method to analyze the reliability of complex systems is given out.
