心肌炎患儿红细胞免疫功能及T细胞亚群与自由基的关系

摘    要:
本文报道了72例3岁~12岁心肌炎患儿红细胞免疫粘附功能,T细胞亚群,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),血清过氧化脂质(LPO)。发现心肌炎患儿红细胞免疫粘附功能低下,同时伴随着OKT8和SOD的降低。红细胞免疫粘附功能与OKT8和SOD呈正相关,与LPO呈负相关。经治疗后显示:胸腺肽和大剂量维生素C可改善心肌炎患儿红细胞、T细胞免疫功能失衡,降低脂质过氧化反应。

THE STUDY OF RED BLOOD CELL IMMUNE FUNCTIONS AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH T LYMPHOCYTE SUBSETS AND FREE RADICAL IN CHILDREN WITH MYOCARDITIS
Abstract:
This paper has reported the changes of red blood cell(RBC)immune adherence (RCIA),T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood (presented by OKT),superoxide dismutase in RBC(SOD) and serum level of lipid peroxide(LPO) in 72 children (3 to 12 years old) with myocarditis, The result shows that these children had the dysfunction of RCIA which accompanied by the decrease of suppressor T cells and SOD,and that RCIA had a positive correlation with suppressor T cells and SOD while it had a negative correlation to LPO. The changes of all the above parameters after treatment show that both thymosin and the larges doses of Vitamin C could improve the unbalance of the immune functions of RBC and T cells and also could decrease the lipid peroxide reaction.
