633X微型车制动稳定性理论分析

摘    要:针对某厂生产的633X微型车制动侧滑稳定性问题,从整车与制动器的匹配上进行理论计算分析。计算分析结果表明,该车型整车质心纵向分配极不合理,同步附着系数偏小,制动临界减速度低,制动效能不高,而前后制动器给出的制动力分配比又不能满足整车高制动力分配比的要求,从而导致制动时后轮先抱死出现严重的侧滑甩尾现象。

Abstract:In this paper,the theoretical calculation and analysis are carried out for the problem of side slip in braking in 633X mini vehicle,taking into account the matching between brake and complete vehicle The analysis shows that it is the irrational disposition of the gravity center of the vehicle,lower adhesive coefficient,poor braking effectiveness and unreasonable braking force distribution ratio of the brake that lead to the blocking in front wheel brake first and cause the severe side slip
