浅埋偏压洞口段围岩加固施工实例

摘    要:浅埋偏压段隧道洞口围岩具有岩石破碎、稳定性差的特点,采用常规的锚喷支护形式施工,容易出现塌孔、卡钻的事故。为实现安全有效的洞口开挖,必须先行对围岩进行一定程度的加固。结合工程实例,探讨管棚及回填灌浆综合加固方法,实践证明加固效果良好。

Abstract:The surrounding rocks of the shallow-buried and unsymmetrical-pressure portal section have the characteristics of broken rocks and poor stability. The accidents of collapsing hole and sticking drill happen easily if we use the conven- tional form of roof spraying support. In order to achieve safe and effective digging of the portal section, it is a must to rein- force the surrounding rocks in a certain degree. Combined with the project examples, the thesis discusses the approach of integrated reinforcement of pipe roof and backfilling grouting. The practice has proved the good effect of reinforcement.
