摘 要: | 为减小人车碰撞时对行人小腿的伤害,文章基于某车型E-NCAP星级性能提升,采用虚拟仿真与试验测试有效结合的方法,对失分点碰撞过程和失分原因进行分析,确定降低低速吸能盒刚度的优化方向。通过对该车型的优化,有效减轻了行人小腿伤害。优化后,胫骨加速度降低55.40%,膝部弯曲角度降低69.5%,膝部剪切位移降低3%,提升了该车型行人保护性能,为后续设计提供了参考。

Optimization on Protection of Pedestrian Lower Legform during Crash Based on E- NCAP V6.2 |

Abstract: | Aimed at decreasing the injury when the vehicle impacts on the leg of pedestrian, this paper introduces a method which presented the combination of simulation and test validation based on vehicle E-NCAP star rating improvement, analyzing the reason why decreasing score and describing the impact process, to confirm the optimization for reducing the rigidity of low- speed impact energy absorber. After the optimization on this vehicle, the injury fur pedestrian leg was effectively decreased. After optimization, tibia acceleration decreased by 55.4%, knee bending angle decreased by 69,5%, knee shearing displacement reduced by 3%, so that the performance on pedestrian protection was improved and will provide reference for the sequent design. |
