摘    要:我国侧面碰撞安全法规和新车评价体系都对侧面碰撞提出了“在碰撞过程中车门不得开启”的要求。文章对某车型开发过程中出现的后门开启问题进行了深入分析和研究,通过在侧碰分析模型中加入门锁系统有限元模型,找出了门把手区域在碰撞时发生过大的翻转是导致后门开启的原因。根据该原因,提出了门外板上部加强件下延以及门把手下部增加贴片的改进方案,成功解决了门锁开启的问题。通过研究可以得出:在侧面碰撞分析模型中建立详细的门锁系统的模型,不仅能更准确地模拟侧门的变形,而且能很好地发现和解决门锁的自动解锁问题。

Study on Automatic Unlocking of Side Door in Side Crash
Abstract:Both GB 20071-2006 and C-NCAP requires all side doors of the vehicle which can't open during the side impact test. This paper focuses on the rear door open issue during the side impact test of a vehicle in its development process. The big rotation of the door handle area during the test is the root course by establishing the side door locking system in side impact analysis model. The door open issue has been solved by the proposals of enlarging the strengthen part above the handle and adding stiffener below the handle. It can be concluded that not only the deformation of door can be simulated but also the door open issue can be found and solved by establishing the side door locking system in side impact analysis model.
