摘 要: | 提高后前束杆的强度,能降低交通事故的发生,文章从结构力学计算和CAE强度分析着手,找出了某双连杆后独立悬架前束连杆断裂的原因,并提出将双头螺栓的结构改进为六角套管的设计方案.台架试验结果表明,改进后的前束连杆,强度相对原设计提升1倍,疲劳强度大幅提升,为解决此类问题提供参考.

Strength Design of Toe-in Link at Rear Suspension |

Abstract: | This pape r introduces the fracture for toe-in link at rear twin-wishbone suspension from the aspects of struclural dynamics calculation and CAE, a method for changing double-crated bolt to hexagon liner was put forward. After improvement, the strength of toe-in link increased 1 time combined with strength of original one. The fatigue strength is significalltly inlproved. |
